The Beginning

It just so happens that I have a true passion for fashion.
As cliche as that sounds, I really don't know how else to describe my love for the art that is fashion. It seems as if I was destined to be a fashionista.

My love for this industry began long ago when I was a little girl with a love for plastic jewelry and handbags. I can remember my brother's godmother proclaiming to my own mother( at the age of 6 or 7) that I would grow up and be in the fashion industry. Naturally my mother, who majored in math in college and had hopes that I too would take up an interest in the technical sciences, said "Absolutely not."

Fast forward 15 or so years later, and here I am throwing myself head first into a career in the fashion retail industry. On a daily basis I find myself falling further and further in love with the ultimate art that is fashion.
